Joe Miles

Branch Manager, Eugene

Joe joined our team in 2000 as our 24-hour on call Staffing Coordinator. He was quickly moved into a full time position during normal business hours, as he showed a natural ability to get people out to work. Joe received his 2nd promotion to Account Manager in 2006, building on his excellent customer service skills, and adding business development to his skill set. Since 2008, Joe has been our Eugene office Branch Manager. He has never been one to shy away from a challenge. Joe can be counted on to provide excellent service to all clients and employees as well as his internal co-workers.

Joe graduated from the Lundquist College of Business at the University of Oregon with a Bachelor’s degree in 2003. He has a wonderful wife, three peppy dogs, and enjoys reading and sports in his spare time.

Patty Edwards – Account Manager, Eugene

Patty Edwards

Account Manager, Eugene

Patty started Staffing Partners with Pam Reed in 1995. She has been in the staffing industry since 1988. One of Patty’s greatest qualities is that she has never met a stranger. She loves working with our clients and employees, getting to know them on a personal level. Patty has the personal touch to match a great employee, with a great job, at a great company. It speaks volumes when an owner is excited to do the little things to make our company successful.

Outside of work, Patty is a board member at the Springfield Museum. She also volunteers at Food for Lane County. Patty is married with one daughter, who is currently a college student. The three Edwards love to travel, frequently visiting Arizona and other warm destinations. Patty is also an avid reader and huge Duck fan.

Michael Lowe, Account Manager  -  Beaverton

Michael Lowe

Account Manager, Beaverton

Michael joined our team as a Staffing Coordinator in 2010. He was promoted to an Account Manager in 2011, and has successfully serviced many of our larger industrial clients. Michael’s 13 years of staffing experience help him make excellent hiring decisions and solve key problems.

Michael received a diploma from Western Business College, focusing on Business Management and Computer Programming. He is an avid golfer with a motto “Have clubs will travel.” Michael is a huge Duck fan and has a nephew on the team.

Serena Paredes

Serena started with Staffing Partners when she was still a teenager. Twelve years later, she is a veteran in the industry, a person who understands how staffing truly works. Serena takes pride in selecting a unique employee and matching them with a unique position.

Serena was born in Fresno, California, and moved to Eugene when she was twelve. She is currently studying to be a Registered Nurse. We will miss her when she reaches her goal. Serena enjoys all outdoor activities, rain or shine. She also loves her two, well behaved, pitbulls.

Bryan Purdin, Account Manager  -  Beaverton

Bryan Purdin

Account Manager, Beaverton

Bryan has been a Recruiter and Account Manager for over 11 years. He joined Staffing Partners in 2008 and is currently the Account Manager for our Medical Staffing Division. Bryan’s focus is Long-Term Care facilities, Hospitals, and Surgery Centers in the Oregon and Southwest Washington region. He has shown the consistent ability to go above and beyond, doing whatever it takes to find the right employee for his clients. Bryan is considered to have some of the best customer service and business development skills in our company’s history.

Bryan attended the University of Oklahoma, receiving a Bachelor degree in Marketing in 1996. After moving to Oregon in 2000, he decided to pursue a degree in Human Resources from Portland State University. Bryan and his wife,Teri, live in Tigard with their son, Jakub. They enjoy the outdoors, live music and are avid fans of Oklahoma football.

Dianne Westmoreland, Account Manager - Bend

Dianne Westmoreland

Account Manager, Bend

Dianne has been with Staffing Partners since 2006, joining our Bend team at the height of Central Oregon’s growth and expansion. Bend has experienced some instability recently, but Dianne has not. On a daily basis she displays her persistence, patience and commitment to our company and the Central Oregon community. Dianne brings an entire career of sales and service, along with a passion for knowing her clients and employees personally.

Dianne is originally from Seaside, Oregon, where she grew up in her family business. She has the two J’s at home, husband Jarred, and teenage son, Jeremy. In her spare time Dianne enjoys Hawaiian travel, Scottish culture, and classic novels. She is also a volunteer at a local chimpanzee sanctuary and is an Oregon State Beaver believer.
